Water Supply and Sewerage Services

The full offering available in the new Scottish market includes water, waste water, trade effluent, property and roads drainage. Other services such as meter installation, meter changes, accuracy tests and new connections are also included.

Water Audits

A tried and tested staged approach that looks at your entire water cycle with complete mass balance and analysis of your consumption. A mass balance is also part of a site’s IPPC licence requirement.

Equipment and Installation

We can provide a full range of water and waste water treatment equipment that suits your sites specific requirements. This includes equipment for the treatment of water used in process, cooling and boiler applications, and also for pre-treatment of effluent prior to discharge.

Optimisation Services

Based on our audits or data supplied by you, our consultants and engineers investigate potential solutions to your particular issues. Our brief can be as broad as a target reduction in water consumption or as narrow as improving the performance of your reverse osmosis system.

Our professional in-house discipline engineers and project managers can help you implement your utilities projects. Our team includes mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, control and civil engineers.

Operations and Maintenance

A complete service to operate and maintain your water treatment equipment and manage the site’s water cycle on your behalf. This can include supplying purified water (past the meter) at an all inclusive rate per m³, or if you have on-site waste water treatment, a rate per m³ discharged.

Sludge Management

Treatment of sludge generated by your effluent plant or production process. Clear targets to help you reduce sludge generation at source, optimising the on-site treatment and identifying the best disposal/recycling routes.

Emergency/Temporary Water Treatment Supply - OMOBILE®

If your on-site water treatment equipment (demineralised water, RO system) is stopped or if you have a temporary need for extra-treatment, Ondeo IS has a fleet of mobile treatment trailers to help you meet your emergency or temporary needs.
