Our Corporate Social Responsibility actions

Sustainable development not only drives our corporate strategy, but our commitment in this area is supported on a daily basis by tangible actions from every Ondeo IS employee.

Actions to increase awareness among Ondeo IS employees are regularly taken as part of specific sustainable development campaigns.

A few examples of our sustainable development actions

• Green gestures at work campaign

  A communication campaign explaining the best practices to create a greener working  environment across all our operating sites and offices, combined with knowledge sharing and expertise between generations.
  
  

   

• Combat discrimination and inequality
  

  An HR campaign to combat discrimination and inequality at work, and to encourage the recruitment of people with reduced mobility.

   

   

• Humanitarian day

  This involved voluntary, collective participation by all Ondeo IS staff to help the underprivileged by collecting and donating of clothes to charity.
