Ondeo IS has an interactive training programme that provides work placements within its different entities.
It attracts talented and enthusiastic individuals and gives them the scope and flexibility to grow and develop within their chosen field.
As a result, we are forging special links with colleges and universities, from A-levels up to postgraduate degrees, and contributing at different levels:
- Participation in forums and open days
- Talks in colleges and universities to present our organisation and the range of careers available
- Organisation of visits to treatment sites
