General mission
Site Managers are responsible for the smooth running of water and wastewater treatment plant operating agreements as part of the ongoing aim to optimise performance and costs.
Key duties
- Monitor and optimise treatment
- Supervise plant operation and maintenance, dashboards and business reporting
- Play an active role in defining the site's operating budget
- Vouch for the quality of any subcontracted services
- Provide on-the-ground contractual relations with the customer
- Coordinate and manage employees assigned to site operations
Profile
At least two years' higher education with three to five years' experience in on-site water and wastewater treatment
