After gaining an HND in Water Service Engineering in September 2005, I applied for the job of operations technician on the group's website, which I successful got.
After seven months, a similar job came up at another site and I was keen to move on and develop my skills further, I was delighted to be offered the position.
Then in September 2007, I successfully became site manager with two people to manage.
