"I'm proud to have grown with my company."
I started my career with the group in 1998 as an operations technician. In 2006, I mentioned that I was keen to work "abroad". No sooner had I said those words than I was posted in Northern Ireland for 15 months to streamline the process already in place and design the biological treatment line required for one of our customers. Spurred on by the experience, I returned home to France as a Technical Engineer.
Throughout my time with Ondeo Industrial Solutions, I have worked with people who have believed in my abilities which has enabled me to excel. When I explained where I wanted to go in the company, I received the support and guidance needed to shape my career and achieve my personal goals. Today, I can look back at how the group and I have both evolved, and I am proud to have grown with my company.
