01-06-2005: Adapting to our customers' specific business needs

One of our customers received an order for 7,500 tons of paper which they had to provide within two months. To satisfy this need, the two paper machines at the papermill site in France ran non-stop from the beginning of March. The paper had to leave the plant "just in time" for the printers to run off copies of the 28-page document of the European Constitution which was due in letterboxes throughout the country by mid-May.

Ondeo IS operators on-site doubled vigilance garanteeing our committment during this period and also hired an extra technician for the job.

This request and its successful outcome shows us the confidence that industrial companies have in our capacity to adapt to their needs and follow their development.
