Ondeo Industrial Solutions designs, operates and maintains recycling and reclaim systems in the Microelectronics Industry. Our strong expertise allows us to optimise separations of waste streams for direct re-use, feedback to ultrapure water plants inlet and reclaim for boiler and cooling systems.

We can supply and operate a wide range of equipment that allows for effective recycle and reclaim such as ultrafiltration, ion exchange, bio-polishing, oxidation and other filtration and membrane technology.

In doing so, systems can be optimised for the highest recycling rates with recovery of CMP waste and closed loop systems for back end assembly.
